At Rizos Curls, we want you to love your curls and your results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking number is scanned for proof of shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
